Your work will range from developing papers on the latest European Food Standards rulings to creating consumer campaigns around health issues so anyone with experience in this arena would be of interest. You’ll need to be committed to delivering high levels of media coverage and providing strategic counsel to your clients on a daily basis. First-class writing skills go without saying and a good understanding of new media is also essential.
